Cancellation / Refund / "No Show" / Attendance Policy.
Continuing Education Certification.
All continuing education provided by the Interpreter Training Group is certified by the California Judicial Council, or other specifically stated organization charged with requiring approved Interpreter continuing education coursework. Our training is specific to spoken language interpreters and qualifies for California Court Interpreter Mandatory Continuing Education (CIMCE). Individuals wishing to gain credit for continuing education for other than spoken language CIMCE/CEU credit, must at their own discretion, arrange for acceptance of said credit. The Interpreter Training Group offers no guarantee for continuing education credit other than CIMCE credit approved by the Judicial Council of California or for other organizations specifically stated.

The Interpreter Training Group (ITG) reserves the right to cancel any workshop or conference 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop or conference, if the minimum amount of attendees is not met, or any other situation arises that ITG deems necessary. Full refunds will be issued to registered, paid in full attendees, no later than ten (10) business days after the scheduled workshop or conference date. Participants are required to attend the entire event they are registered for to receive credit. Late arrivals or early departures will cause a certificate of completion to not be issued.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Individuals who are "No Shows" for registered classes or events and who do not have prior documented arrangements made with Interpreter Training Group Staff, will forfeit registration fees and WILL NOT receive refunds or credit to other classes or workshops.
Participation in any Interpreter Training Group class or event is at the discretion of ITG Staff or Management.
Refund Policy:
Live Instructor-Led Courses / Workshops:
Full refund for Instructor-led workshop/Class if cancellation is at least 48 hrs in advance. If Less than 48 hrs. there will be a 50% service charge on the total registered payment. Full refunds will be issued to the attendee within 10 business days of the request for refund. Refunds will not be issued to interpreters who register for courses not approved by their certifying organization. Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction of course content or presentation.
Webinar Courses
Full refund issued for requests made prior to the start of a scheduled webinar. No refunds will be issued once the webinar has initiated. Full refunds will be issued to the attendee within 10 business days of the request for refund. Refunds will not be issued to interpreters who register for courses not approved by their certifying organization. Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction of course content or presentation.
Non-Instructor Led Courses:
Full refund if requested up to 15 days after purchase. Full refunds will be issued to the attendee within 10 business days of the request and granting of refund. Refunds will not be issued to interpreters who register for courses not approved by their certifying organization. Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction with course content or presentation.
Non-Instructor led courses must achieve 70% Passing score for certification and credit. All Non-Instructor led courses must be postmarked or received via electronic delivery prior to the course expiration date listed in the downloaded coursework. Class submissions received after the listed expiration date will be dated upon receipt of the coursework. If classes are submitted after the applicable state judicial expiration of coursework, the Interpreter Training Group will not be responsible for the denial of coursework credit, nor will a refund or credit be granted.
