REFUND POLICY
The Interpreter Training Group (ITG) strives to provide high-quality continuing education programs and understands that circumstances may occasionally require a participant to cancel their registration.
Self-Study Courses
Because self-study course materials are made immediately available upon registration, refunds are generally not available once course materials have been accessed, downloaded, or distributed. Requests for refunds prior to course access will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Live Instructor-Led Webinar Courses
Participants who cancel at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled course date may receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future course offering. Cancellations received fewer than seven (7) days before the course date may be eligible for a credit toward a future course at the discretion of ITG.
Compliance Workshops and Special Events
Participants who cancel at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event may receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future workshop. Cancellations received fewer than seven (7) days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future program.
Course Cancellations
If ITG cancels a course for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or may elect to transfer their registration to a future offering.
Exceptional Circumstances
ITG recognizes that unforeseen emergencies may occur. Refund requests resulting from illness, family emergencies, military obligations, or other significant circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
